How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 4–5 business days. Delivery may be delayed around national holidays or due to natural disasters and similar issues.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders above ₹500. Below that, standard shipping charges apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — we ship within India only.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Exchanges are only accepted for products returned in saleable, undamaged condition with original packaging, subject to our review.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence (please film yourself opening the parcel), and we’ll make it right.
I’m not happy with a product’s quality — what are my options?
Raise a quality complaint within 7 days of delivery. Damage from misuse or normal wear isn’t covered.
Orders, Cancellation & Payment
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — email lairfrais23@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing a prepaid order. A ₹100 cancellation charge applies to refunds processed after 24 hours. Once an order has dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be altered once placed — they can only be cancelled (within the window above) and reordered.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and more.
Products
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. All L’Air Frais products are cruelty-free.
